fact of trends and challenges in track construction and maintenance (a.o. demographic change), we explained the need for robotics and automation.<\/p>\n<p>On this basis, we presented the \u201cROBOT\u201d for automated (switch-) maintenance using robotics and the \u201cROSPECT\u201d for automated inspection.<\/p>\n<p>During the evening excursion to the light rail tunnel in Karlsruhe, we were able to discuss the interesting questions and comments from infrastructure operators in greater
